Magnetic Products Only

If within 90 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with the performance of any of our magnetic products then simply return them, together with proof of purchase to your Distributor for a refund.  15% of the original price will be deducted to cover handling (except Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2 Flow). We are happy to give a 12 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on all our magnetic products.  The magnetic properties of our  products are guaranteed for life.

All Other Products

If you order products and on receipt are not satisfied you casn return them unused in their original packaging to your Distributor within 14 days for a full refund.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ecoflow is a member of the direct Selling Association of Australia (the “DSAA”).  The DSSA regulates the conduct of its members who must comply with its code of Practice (the “Code”) which encourages high standards in trading.
